Food Brother in Aachen

Food is good, but you order and it should take an hour. After an hour and a half nothing is there, you call and the food is just being made. We waited over 2 hours in total ... This has happened to me twice in the shop.

Good burger. Due to Covid-19, I picked up the menu and ate it directly in the car. Anyone who has burgers delivered and then leaves a bad review here due to mushy fries / burgers should delete themselves. I had a nacho burger with double meat. The bread was brioche buns, the nachos were nice and crispy and covered with plenty of cheese. I would have liked a little more sauce or a little more guacamole, but not much more, so that the guacamole really shows presence and doesn't go under. The meat was great, good bite and nice and juicy. Normally I never take meat twice because the meat shouldn't outdo everything else, but it was worth it here. The ratio between meat, vegetables and bread was still right, a rarity with double burgers. Normal thin fries, were okay but nothing special. The chilimayo was pretty good.

Service and quality standard unfortunately low. Because of "Best Burger in Town". I pre-ordered 2 burger menus on the phone. However, only 1 menu was prepared due to a misunderstanding on the part of Food Brother. Then I was told the second menu would be made immediately, which would take 15 minutes. I immediately asked what was with the burger and the fries that were already ready because they were getting cold. I was assured that they would be kept warm without affecting the taste. Of course this was not the case. Chips and burgers were only moderately warm. The burger was almost sloppy as it was obviously starting to condense in the storage box. The second menu was prepared quickly, which meant that it wasn't quite through on the inside. They apologized for the mistake but didn't do more. You could have given a drink on the house as compensation or something similar to satisfy the customer. In addition, quality standards were thrown overboard in order not to keep a customer waiting. One expects more from the "Best Burger in Town" called by Food Brother.

The food was hot and tasty! Unfortunately point deduction because of the delivery: Ordered online at 11:45. The earliest delivery date offered was 12:45. So ordered for 12:45. I happened to look into the order online again at around 12:30 pm: Suddenly the delivery date was 2:25 pm. Why can't you just call your customer in such a case !? So I called there and asked. There was no word of regret, no apology or the like. Only the hint that the fault lies with Lieferando. When asked, I was assured that the food would arrive at 1:45 pm at the latest. Promised. High and holy. Called there again shortly before 14:00 because the food was still not there to inquire about me. Again not a word of regret, no apology or the like. The food was being packed and was about to be on its way. Shortly after 14:00 it finally came. Also from the driver not a word of regret, no apology or the like.

Nice selection of burgers and super tasty. Top! The vegetarian / vegan options are amazingly good too.

Orders cannot be taken on the phone. We waited over 2 hours for 3 burgers which were lukewarm. The food is delicious but we don't order again.

Ordered food there, three burgers and three fries. Everything was delivered except for the portion of sweet potato fries. When the food was hot, it was no longer lukewarm, the last fries were already cold. Food in the shop is good, no more orders are placed there!

high quality meat. the portions are a bit small. in case you're a big eater you won't feel full with one burger. they also have very cheap combo menus that are adequate for students

Very good hamburgers, the meat was perfect. A bit pricey and the supreme burger needed pickles

Delivery took over 2 hours. The fries and sweet potato fries were ice cold. The burgers weren't warm either, but they were still edible. The same things were very good at the restaurant. Would advise anyone to order there. But you can go to the restaurant with a clear conscience.

The burger was the best I have had in a long time! You won't regret any option you pick on the menu!

I have ordered several times here and the food always arrived quickly and warm and is also of good quality and the vegetarian burgers are also highly recommended.

Good food. But slightly on the higher price side. You can find cheaper options around them, but the food was good.

Nice place for a quick hamburger. I can wholeheartedly recommend the bacon cheeseburger: simple, juicy, and tasty. The falafel sandwich is unremarkable, and so is the service.

Best place to eat Burgers at the Ponttor area. Prices are high compared to the competition if not a student on weekdays.

Burgers were good but I wasn't impressed at all and a bit too expensive from my point of view(around 8 euros for a normal burger and around 11 for a double burger ) Fries were ok but I could feel that were frozen and the best thing for this franchise is that you can drink juices like Cola or sprite in glass bottles. Overall honestly I would choose 5guys every time.

Good high end burger chain, serving more dirty style burgers. Found a little inconsistent. One visit would say up there as a really good five guys others seemed a little bland especially given the premium price, implies awesomeness. Would not turn it down. Order then deliver at table was a plus for lack of fussiness.

Super tasty and high quality food though the meal sizes could be bigger given the somewhat higher prices compared to other places.

17/11 Really tasty veggie burger with falafel! It was really a good surprise. The price/quality ratio is really good. Plus they have sweet potatoes as an option. Cards accepted. The last who took care of us was really helpful and sweet. Thanks ! I would definitely advice you this place for the ones who are visiting and would like to eat some good burgers.

Best burger I've eaten in Aachen. It's not a fast food. And I thank the owners for this. Also students have access on weekdays to a promotion where burger+fries+beverage costs 10€.

They have good cheeseburgers but not sure if they maintain the consistency. But the one I had was delicious (not dry like the other places).

Well well well!! What can we say. One of the best burgers in the town of Aachen. Small menu but well prepared and served burgers. Unfortunately you don't have Chicken but they do have Vegetarian option. You can order Normal or Sweet Potato fries on the side with 4 different dips. They do offer take away for those in a hurry. Please call them 15 -20mins prior reaching and your burgers will be ready as you walk in.

I've tried many burger spots in Aachen, this is by far the best. Worth the price

Really great burger! Not only look great, but taste the same way. The fries were unfortunately not really warm on our second visit when they came to the table, but in terms of taste we had nothing to complain about. With the student discount from Monday to Friday until 17 o'clock you get a very good menu. It's not that cheap, but it's worth it!

Dish size is a little small. The bread is good but nothing extraordinary... There are student menus available which are ok...

I didnt eat there.. my friend ate there.. the food looked good though.. the atmosphere is hip and youthful.. but the ventillation is really bad.. u will smell like fried oil if u eat there

Definitely the best burgers in Aachen. Even better than Homeburgers which was my favorite until recently.

Very standard place to stop by for food, the burgers are some of the best in town. The selection of drinks on menu could use a little variety, and perhaps a bit more heating during winter, otherwise no complaints

Small burger, mediocre taste, way overpriced for what you get. Went there twice and both times I was equally disappointed. Save your money and get food somewhere else.
